How is the cost calculated?

Packaging cost Each order includes a packaging fee to ensure your bottles arrive safely and beautifully presented.
Weight-based transport Transport cost depends on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination.
Simulated at checkout Add products to your cart and enter your address — the exact shipping cost is calculated automatically before payment.

Tracking your delivery

Order confirmed & processed Once payment is received, your order is packed and prepared for dispatch. A confirmation email with all details is sent to you.

Dispatched with specialist courier Fine Taste works exclusively with specialist couriers experienced in handling wine and fragile goods safely.

Delivery attempt at your address The courier will attempt delivery at the address you provided. If you're not home, a notice is left in your letterbox with collection instructions.

Inspect your parcel upon arrival Always check your parcel at the time of delivery. If it appears damaged, return it to the courier immediately and contact Fine Taste.

Return to the courier immediately, note the reason on the delivery slip, and contact Fine Taste right away.

Wrong or defective item

Report within 14 days by email. Fine Taste covers all return shipping costs for errors or confirmed defects.

Returns policy

You have 14 days to return any product in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via your original payment method once goods are received and inspected at our warehouse.
